This Sunday's Raahgiri Day at Dwarka will be high on the fitness quotient,
with dedicated sessions for yoga and fitness. You can try learning some yoga asanas, or dance your heart's fill as you sweat it out on Bollywood numbers. Yog Youngistan will conduct a 45minute yoga session in the morning. If you are looking at a more fun way of staying fit, you can join the zumba fitness session of Beats and Fusion Studio.
To go all out with dancing and working out, join the Bollywood Dance Workout session with Yog Stars, and bring out the inner filmi in you. Cycling is also an option, if a hardcore workout is not your thing.
