Dwarka residents took a break from the usual Bolly wood naach gaana with special folk dance performances at this week's Raahgiri Day . Students of the Aradhana Nrutya Ke ndra performed in front of a cheering crowd at the TOI stage and left people so im pressed that by the end of the per formance, parents were looking for the instructors to get their daugh ters enrolled for traditional Odissi dance classes! Sukriti, who had come with her group of friends, told us, “I stay right here and the music from the stage is my Sunday morning alarm. We come down every week. This week we're just chilling and dancing instead of working out, because even that's a lot of fun.“
Many sport enthusiasts came prepared with badminton racquets, footballs, skipping ropes and cricket kits, and impromptu games started all around the venue.
