The Indian Army , in its drive to continue to connect with the masses, is going to be a part of the Raahgiri Day in Dwarka this Sunday . The Brass Bands of the Army will put up a display of martial music. Normally reserved for the display at parade grounds, this is an Indian Army endeavour to bring the Army Day celebrations closer home to the general public. The Gatka, NE Warriors and Kalaripayattu teams from the Punjab, Assam and Madras Regiments of the Army will display ancient martial arts, emphasising on physical fitness. Another attraction will be the dog show by specially trained military dogs.
